OUTDOOR EDUCATION

The cure: animals and the kitchen garden. 
How do we grow the vegetables we eat? How do we take care of animals? Active and engaging educational experiences based on respect, discovery and care. Meet the donkeys, goats, pigs and chickens that live freely on the farm: approach them, pet them, feed them and build a relationship of trust with them. Collect eggs in the henhouse and learn the secrets of an organic vegetable garden: the colours, the smells, the varieties. The cycle of the seasons, sowing and harvesting. Cultivate an authentic contact with nature and its inhabitants.

THE FARM TOUR

Discover, experiment, touch, observe. Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of a landscape rich in biodiversity, amidst fresh aromas and breathtaking views, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Discover the vegetable garden, the forest, the lake, the orchard, the olive groves, the mobile chicken coops, the free-range animals. Learn about the techniques and benefits of organic and regenerative farming. Visit the oil mill and follow all the steps to obtain a good extra virgin olive oil. Taste extra virgin olive oil: compare the different types and learn about their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, relax under our gazebo and enjoy the endless horizons of the surrounding hills and valleys.

YOGA IN THE FOREST

A summer of yoga in the woods
of Fattoria Triboli. A magical retreat where you can practise for an hour among the trees, in complete harmony with nature. Immerse yourself in beauty and regenerate in this amplified experience of connection and well-being. Banish stress and regain balance of body and mind through precious guided rituals, amidst cool shadows and reflections of light among the branches.

UNDER THE STARS

Dinner and stargazing. 
The Tears of St Lawrence, the Perseids, a meteor shower or shooting stars? Find out during the most exciting night of the summer, in the informal atmosphere of an open-air dinner based on delicious organic products at km 0. Admire the sunset that colours the hills and olive groves orange and pink, in total relaxation, far from lights and noise. And when it gets dark, under the expert guidance of an astronomer, you can go looking for shooting stars in the sky above Impruneta. Between a meteor and a wish, travel to discover planets, summer constellations and astronomical stories.

OLIVE GROWER

From harvesting in the field to processing.
Live an authentic and exciting experience during the 2024/25 Oil Campaign: join our team in the harvesting and pressing of olives. Discover the secrets of quality extra virgin olive oil. And at the end of the day, taste the fruit of your labour: the new oil you have helped to create. It’s possible to extend the experience to two or more days.

A romantic aperitif under the olive trees.
The warm colours of the sunset, the cicadas, an escape into the green. Immerse yourself with your loved one in the essential beauty of nature, from the sunset to the stars. Relax after a long day and enjoy the authentic flavours of our Km 0 organic delicacies. We provide two glasses, but you bring the wine.

RED GOLD TOUR

The Red Gold of Impruneta is a hiking
tour through the woods and the Tuscan countryside, discovering ancient villages and the excellent craftsmanship of the Impruneta area. 

The uniqueness of the clay of these hills and the secrets kept for centuries in the kilns give rise to a world-famous terracotta: Cotto di Impruneta. Since the Middle Ages the protagonist of works of art of extraordinary beauty, it was this material that Brunelleschi chose to cover the dome of Florence Cathedral, protecting it from the ravages of time. The tour continues through the vegetable gardens and olive groves of the organic farm Fattoria Triboli, a land rich in biodiversity, with a visit to the lake and animals. Afterwards, a farewell aperitif-dinner based on organic farm products and tasting of extra virgin olive oil.

Meeting point: P.zza Buondelmonti, Impruneta/ walk through the medieval village of Desco /trekking in the countryside of Campiano and in the woods around the village of Fabbiolle / visiting the terracotta kiln of artistic artefacts by Sergio Ricceri / short visit to the main church of Impruneta (11th century)/ visit to the terracotta kiln M.I.T.A.L. of the Mariani family and the terracotta kiln by Massimo Carbone/ excursion into the estate of the organic farm Fattoria Triboli and aperitif-dinner.

THREE LAKES TOUR

The Tour of the Three Lakes is a trekking through small medieval villages and the heart of the Tuscan countryside, discovering natural treasures hidden among oak and broom woods. 

Along the way, which will take us from one side of Impruneta to the other, we will meet three lakes and enjoy the beauty that surrounds them, stopping for a picnic on the banks. We will enter the organic farm Fattoria Triboli, a land rich in biodiversity, to admire the lake inside, and visit the vegetable gardens, olive groves and animals. Afterwards, a farewell aperitif-dinner based on the organic products of the farm and tasting of extra virgin olive oil.

Meeting point: P.zza Buondelmonti, Impruneta /walk through the medieval village of Desco /trekking through the medieval village of Quintole and the surrounding forests: first stop by the first lake /moving back towards Impruneta through the countryside of Bagnolo /trekking into the forests of Picchirillo and stop to the second lake, with a picnic / we reach the place called Piazza and we enter the organic farm Fattoria Triboli: stop at the third lake, visit and aperitif-dinner.

Total time: 6 hours ca.
