THE PRODUCTION

Every stage of production is designed to preserve and maximise the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the olives.
Through organic and regenerative farming, we increase the fertility of the olive groves and their resilience to climate change, thus strengthening their ecosystem.
We process the fruit within hours of harvesting, which is done by hand using innovative processes in a state-of-the-art Mori-TEM mill.

OUR EVO OIL

A high level of purity for taste and health

Cold extracted, filtered and stored in stainless steel vats in the absence of oxygen, our oil retains its freshness, aroma concentration and nutritional properties over time.

AUTHENTIC TUSCAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

A blend obtained from native cultivars.
Green, fruity, with fresh vegetable scents of freshly cut grass, almond and artichoke, with a pleasantly bitter taste balanced by spicy notes. 

It is an antioxidant and vitamin-rich juice, rich in nutrients and health benefits.
