How we make it
Our production, carried out entirely on the farm, aims to preserve and maximise the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the olives.
Through organic and regenerative farming, we increase the fertility of the olive groves and their resilience to climate change, thus strengthening the ecosystem.
We process the fruit within hours of harvest using innovative processes in a state-of-the-art Mori-TEM mill to ensure strict quality control at every stage.
Cold extracted, filtered and stored in stainless steel vats, our oil retains its freshness, aroma concentration and nutritional properties over time: a high level of purity for taste and health.
